Previous to her career in real estate, Wendy was a Technology Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company. She has a degree in Accounting and holds a C.P.A. certification. Lance was born and raised in Independence, Kansas. Lance joined the United States Army upon high school graduation and served for 6 years in Ft. Hood, Texas and Ft. Stewart, Georgia. Upon completing his time of service Lance decided to follow his dreams and passion and began an exciting career in real estate. Lance began his career in Savannah, Georgia for 2 years before moving to the St. Petersburg area. Today, as a member of Lockhart & Associates at Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast, Lance works very hard for both his buyers and sellers. He is a dedicated professional and has a passion for what he does.
