  • Seminole real estate is priced to fit most budgets.
  • Small town atmosphere in a medium sized city.

The city is large enough to have a wealth of retail outlets, restaurants, and a lively bar scene yet small enough to maintain a trenquil smal town atmosphere. Seminole is renowned for the quality of its schools and is home to a technologically advanced and modern campus of St. Petersburg College which now offers four year degrees.

It is also rich in recreational opportunities and has several parks. The most noteworthy of these is Lake Seminole Park, a 250 acre site surrounding one of the largest fresh water lakes in the area. Residents can enjoy jet skiing, boating, water skiing, fishing, and swimming. This expansive park is a designated wildlife habitat and features a winding two mile nature trail through the tranquil pine woods. The famed bicycles-and-pedestrians-only Pinellas Trail also bisects the city.
